GENUINE IFC RANKINGS

I genuinely hate this website. People always comparing and grinding to try acting tough when in reality everyone in Greek life knows everyone’s place. This conversation would’ve been much different before rush, but this is the top 8 in order.

1. AD- Took either the best or second best class during rush, lots of kids dropped other c4 frats for this house. Great group of Miami boys, internationals, etc

2. SX- Name means it all, regardless of last year’s class, they’ve consistently had pull on top kids over other houses, and it’ll be a long time before anything changes

3. SNU- Took a sick class of kids despite everything that happened. Lot of pressure from IFC rn has stopped them from what they’ve been doing. It’s a close third with room to grow, can easily see them as top frat in next few semesters

4. DU- got lucky with other houses situations. Has always been a top house, and really turned it back after an almost failed freshman class last year, and mid sophomore class last semester. Did very well this semester.

5. ZBT- classic jewish house. Took the best class from its tier with mostly Jewish kids. Close with DX but different vibes.

6. DX- practically tied with ZBT, capitalized on Sig Pi and Chi Psi situation. Great group of guys with common theme in its PCs. May go up and eat into DU relations this semester if they continue doing well

7. Chi Psi- would be bottom if Sig Pi had not messed up. Ended up saving themselves from a 5 kid pc by saving rushes from houses on its tier. Sad to see it’s momentum stop from last semester

8. Sig Pi- got very unlucky wish rush. Undeniably did the worst of the top houses and will suffer once seniors graduate
