Legit Final Frat PC25 Ranks/Descriptions

Lot of obvious grinding going on but I think this is a pretty fair consensus:
1. SNU. Crazy they pulled it off. Objectively this years winner. Got every kid they bidded. Stole from AD and SX throughout rush. Big LI/NYC crew.
2. SX. Rebounded well after last year. Not huge numbers but strong high-quality classic sigchi pc that should help restore their image. Got a solid amount of true top rushes. They are also grinding this site really hard.
3. AD. Big numbers but certainly the worst pc in AD. Got a small group of top NYC kids but also a lot of filler internationals. Won’t change much.
4. DU. Pretty mixed bag. House doesn’t have much of an identity other than football. Some solid suburban kids. Will hang on to bottom of C4 due to chipsis flop.

5. DX. Pretty solid group of nice kids. No top rushes but that’s never been their thing. Friendly new pc. Likely will still struggle with c4 sorority relations.
6. ZBT. Putting them here because they do what they normally do. Took the Jews. Great bhood.
7. Sigpi- Eh. Whatever. Still has that Walmart AD rep with a new pc composed of some semi-clouty tri state area kids, a few athletes and some fruity kids.
8. Chipsi. Oof. 8 kids. This years biggest loser. Killed their upward momentum.
