FRAT PC 25 RANK AND DESCRIPTIONS

1. SX: Clearly took the best new class, no debate
2. Snu: Rebounded after almost not being able to take a class and got over 20 kids. Moving more towards LI/NYC vibe.
3. DU: Another great class for DU, moving away from their meathead vibe and more towards chill kids with good relations
4. AD: Largest PC with 24 but quality wasn’t great. Lots of connected kids that don’t have great relations

5. ZBT/DX: DX and ZBT took amazing classes and stole all of Chi Psi and Sig Pi’s rushes. Traditionally behind Chi Psi and Sig Pi in relations, their new classes can build momentum for these frats

6. PIKE/PiKapp: Both took large PCs of around 20 and should capitalize on Chi Phi’s exit to win PiPhi and aephi. Mostly chill kids from all over that could have gone to better frats if they put more effort into rush
7. Sig Pi/Chi Psi: Complete rush failure for these two houses for different reasons. Sig Pi can only COB and most of their rushes went DX. Crazy falloff for them over the last 3 years. Chi Psi tried to cross rush with Sig Chi and lost horrendously, leaving them scrambling for kids at the end. Only 11 signed and they will have to take everyone’s drops during COB
