Important advice for rushes

This mainly applies to guys but may be important for girls too but my advice is: 1. Tier is important - It matters if you’re in C4 (DU, Snu, AD, SX) because it will allow you to have crowded parties with attractive girls etc. If you go to a “lower“ house you just won’t have access to that (if you deny this you’re just wrong.)

2. Go where you want to go within tiers! -Once you establish certain tiers (1. C4 2. Chi Psi, ZBT, DX, Sig Pi 3. etc) go to where you have the most fun during rush and like the most guys. This is important because some people may love a “lower“ tier frat but brothers lie to them and say they have eventful social schedules. (If your OK with sacrificing that if you really like the brothers it’s fine but they will lie to you during rush saying their house is better than it is.)

I just want to say this because as a sophomore I have a lot of friends who ended up at lower houses because they like the brothers but now regret not joining a better house
