Pretty much everyone else, some are still considered better than others though. Phi Tau, Rockledge, and particularly Lambda are notable.

HM #1: AGR. If you're an ag guy who wants to have a great time with other ag guys, it's a good place to be.

HM #2: SAE. Infinite amount of money from alumni, but still definitely in a rebuilding stage. Has potential to be in the upper mid tier after a few years, but for now they're sort of unrankable.
