Must know rush advice for core 4

If you’re rushing c4 frats here’s what you need to know:
AD: +known for having money, good afters, great sorority relations -pledging will be extremely hard (around 1 year), not a great brotherhood (many of them hate each other), lots of Latin influence
SX: + great brotherhood, great sorority relations, “American frat“ -house is super far, extremely hard pledging (nibbing at least a year), took an awful last PC and that’s who you’ll be closest with
DU: +great brotherhood, great relations with kappa, aphi, theta, least amount of pledging because they take classes in the fall, house in great location - horrible DG relations compared to other C4, worse older PCs, grimy
Snu: +great brotherhood in sig phi (don’t know how the change to snu affected that), great sorority relations (less so with aphi), great throwing space -loses top rushes to AD, annoying to other top frats (calls cops on parties etc), long pledging and nibbling process (1year)

First, AD is top most fun frat and takes the best NYC/LA group plus some latins. Pledging is not 1 year and is same length as every other frat. Sig chi is the American frat and is basically on par with AD. After that there is a massive dropoff. Snu is a far away third taking AD's scraps pretty much. Their main focus long island now. And they are only actually close with kappa. Good outdoor area now however because of the new house. DU is just football and aphi. They are known as DUmb and are meatheads. Throw good parties and mixes the worst out of core 4 but for rush they are always on the same level as sig pi and chi psi. sometimes even dx. They are the outlier for the most part.

This is literally just every other stereotype. Truth is there’s not a big difference between other c4. The parties are pretty much the same. Snu and DU are pretty much on par with AD and Sig chi. If anything SX is lower because of their recent setbacks with rush. When it comes to pledging. Pledging may only be around 1 year but for every frat except DU nibbling is a year until u get a new class.
