Does Sigpi have mold and Asbestos in their house?

I've been to sigpi and some of the guys are telling me that their house is under reconstruction. However other ppl are saying they have mold and asbestos in their house and won't have it back until spring? Is this true?

They ain’t getting their house back for a while the basement has mold and it got condemned 💀💀💀

dues are 11k and they don't even have the money to get their house back.
