Upper-Middle Tier Fraternities

Everyone knows about the C4 fraternities (AD, Sig Chi, Snu, kinda DU), but this post is to bring light to the upper/middle tier fraternities.

DU: Still technically in the C4, but their relations are falling off and their schedule is mostly theta. Turning into TDX - meathead football kids

Chi Psi: Have a great house for throwing bigways, but have to live in triples. Solid relations with AZD, SDT, theta. However, multiple brothers have been kicked out of their fraternity for SA in the past 3 years, raising concerns about the character of their brothers

Sig Pi: Traditionally a top house, but their junior PC was the beginning of the end for them. Their seniors and previous reputation is completely carrying them, so they still have some relations with DG and Aphi, but who knows how long that will last as they have been severely outrushed by the frats in their tier the past 2 years

ZBT: Their ranking is boosted by the facts they have been able to throw great concerns for the last 3 years, which they spend most of their budget on. Very popular with SDT, but don’t have great relations with other sororities. Known for a strong brotherhood.

DX: DX may not be a top fraternity, but they have what it takes to excel. They throw great parties that Deltiki and Cairo and have a solid physical house. They are known for being artsy/nature boys, with the occasional NYC kid mixed in

Chi Phi: Basically a wanna-be state school frat. Brothers are rowdy, but their schedule is dominated by piphi and aephi, struggling to get upper tier sororities on their schedule
