Frat trends after rush

Frats on the rise:
1. DU/Sig Phi - both took very big classes filled with top kids
2. AD - took another good class
3. Chi Psi - stole some kids from top frats
Frats on the decline:
1. Sig Chi - was able to rebound late in rush but took a smaller class than usual and got many of their rushes stolen by DU and AD
2. DX - took a weak class and the frat just continues to decline after underwhelming parties
3. Sig Pi - the decline is kind of complete at this point. They can no longer compete for rushes with C4 houses
