Frats to Know for Fall Rush

DU - mixes with top sororities - big new class so might take few kids - waspy/athlete vibe
Sig Pi - struggled in recent years but historically a good house - good sorority relations - friends with many girls in top houses - looking to bounce back
DX - recent allegations - traditionally really good house but on the decline - nice house and throw big parties now and then
ZBT - good year - took advantage of suspensions of top frats - always looking to grow
Lambda - great location of house - small classes but nice kids
Pike - next to lambda, looking to grow more
Phi tau - took a good class in the fall and spring, looking to grow more
pikapp - small spring class so future rush cycles will be vital
Honorable Mention:
PSK - deferred suspension til 2026, but i believe they can still recruit new members?

No it shouldn't. And if it does then you shouldn't want to join that frat anyways. At the very least up to Lambda you can expect for race to 100% not be a consideration. Frats above that it's hit or miss, u just gotta be rich and/or an extreme stud.
