Heard that now that Delta Phi is banned permanently that Pike is buying Llenroc? Anyone know if this deal closed yet?

I doubt it. Delta Phi isn’t suspended permanently and they owned the house for a long time so they probably wouldn’t sell it.

Nah Delta Phi would still hold on to the house and I doubt the alumni would let it go
