Should we start to talk about going off campus?
by: momIf the administration is going to constantly attack frats, should the IFC pull out? Yes certain houses owned by Cornell would get somewhat screwed but this chaos needs to stop.

If a frat gets kicked off for hazing, they'll expect the fraternity to follow the rules and disband. In return the university won't go after individuals. However, if the frat keeps on operating underground, the university will target max penalties for all involved, including expulsion. This is exactly what happened in 2018 and 2019 when SNU, Llenroc, SigEp, PhiPsi etc tried to make their own frat council and the admins threatened to expel 50+ guys. So if a frat not under investigation goes rogue that's one thing, but if guys in DU and SigPhi (that seem likely to get kicked off) try to keep operating underground, the eboards at the very least are risking getting expelled from school.

Would be a bad idea all around. The system in place at USC has the IFC + SFL as a separate entity. The city of LA lays down the law harder on them than they had it before. Considering how much of a profound impact Cornell has on the city of Ithaca, the school would just work with IPD to make things worse.
