cob for three only heard back from one

i did formal rush but got dropped from all houses bc i’m cool like that so trying cob bc im a sophomore so it’s basically my last chance but i put three houses down (tri delt, kd, and axo) on the cob interest form but only heard back from axo. how bad is this? should i reach out more or like just give up lololol
