Frats but Make It By Actual Parties/Brotherhood

Lets clear up some things lol (literally based on registered mixers/parties)

Core 4 obv mixes w Core 4. Some are closer than others but not v significant differences.

Chi psi/DX/Sig Pi all mostly mix with SDT and AZD, but with some C4s sometimes.

Chi Phi mixes the most with Pi Phi and AZD, and occasionally Aephi. ZBT rlly doesn't mix much at all, has ok relations with SDT and Pi Phi tho.

Lambda/Pikapp (basically the same frat tbh, maybe not now that Lambda's off sopro) mix mostly w/ Aephi, KD, also Pi Phi.

Pike mixes mostly with KD, Aephi, and Tri delt. Can get SDT and Pi Phi to come to their big Pike themed parties once a semester sometimes.

PSK mixes mostly with KD, Tri delt, AXO, also Aephi. Phi Tau mixes almost exclusively with AXO.

Frats not on this list have not registered a mixer with a sorority like, ever. Their parties are opens with freshmen that couldn't somehow get into any of the above.

SAE, Rockledge, and Fiji grind atrociously on this site, but SAE is the worst offender. A PC with ok numbers doesn't really matter when SAE, for instance, literally got a list of guys from IFC who didn't get a single bid and mostly filled their PC from that.

These houses are not going to start mixing. Their socials have been trying to establish relations, and they can't even get dinners or baby mixers. SAE in particular got in hot water last year for literally outright lying to sororities about their relations with other srats and got caught lol.

Basically obv the ranks above can change, especially with some new srat MCs shaking things up, but any rankings post is such BS when frats haven't even had a baby mixer to show their new PC yet lol. The only ranks posted rn are by houses that desperately want to climb and its soooo obvi. Ur not gonna climb to upper mid when not a single sorority will reply to u!
