Which frats rent their house?

I think it’s about an even split between owning and renting. Ones that rent are (I think):

Sig Phi
Deke
DTD
Psi U (gone but maybe AOPi moving in?)
Sammy
Zeta Psi
Chi Phi
SAE
AEPi

There’s definitely more. Who else?

Here is a list of Cornell owned fraternity houses as of 2020.

Chi phi
DKE
DTD
DU
Kap Sig
Sig Phi
Zeta Psi

All of the recolonizing frats do not own their house. (Not 100% sure about llenroc though)

SAE
FIJI
Sammy
~llenroc

Phi Psi's the one AOPi might move into, not Psi U. Both houses owned by the U.

Does the university send cleaning people into the university-owned houses on a regular schedule?

And in a university-owned house, is the university deciding how much each room costs? Does the university decide employ the chapter’s cook?

I’m a PNM clueless about how this all works.
