dirty rushing explained

Seems many of the freshmen posting here don’t understand the dynamics of rush (or those are fake posts), so I figured I’d explain what dirty rush is actually like across houses on campus.
SX/AD: 95% of the PC is figured out by rush week. Can really only lose rushes to each other.
Sig Phi: also have 95% of their PC done by rush week but will lose many rushes to SX/AD
DU: 85% of their PC is figured out by rush week but the past few rushes they’ve lost kids to lots of different houses
Chi Psi/DX: 75% of their PC is figured out, they run big dirty rushes but know they will lose many kids during rush week
Sig Pi: probably doing COB right now
For other houses, dirty rush is definently not needed to get a bid. Many of the kids who were “dirty rushed” have only been to the house a few times or maybe are close with a couple brothers.

honestly dx and chi psi both have allegations, but I do think they’re less “douchey”. easier pledging could be a factor too. but if a kid is dirty rushing SX and DX he’s joining SX. Not like anyone can dirty rush SX/AD. I doubt any of the kids who already knew brothers in those houses will go DX/Chi Psi. But yes, it did happen a little bit last year
