AD - international fast crowd w allegations and substances galore
SX - off year in 23 but still top house
Sig Phi/ DX/ Chi Psi - solid top tier destinations but check sopro issues
DU - tdx remake of fun football house
Sig Pi - sad freefall but a few nice kids still
ZBT - good concerts but mid pc and tough nme
Lambda/ Pike - solid mid tier good guys
Chi phi - grinders
PSK/ PiKapp - nice kids chill houses less social but have a great time
Others - lots of good options

Sig pi is a shell of what they used to be. Can’t even pull a double digit pc without snap bids and cob. Pathetic self rankings wont help them. Srats know what’s up and are canceling like crazy. They’re done
