History repeats itself with sig chi

They are losing their annex next year and no landlord is willing to give them a lease. Additionally, as a grad student I’ve been at this school for 6 years and in my time I haven’t heard of Sx having a single party. I hope their supply of keystones and chewing tobacco don’t run out.
