-Have to justify being better than a mid house
-State that they are ‘rich’? (Insecure much)
-Say they have the IFC Pres when he’s in Phi Tau
-Have to let other less socially awkward houses party at theirs to be considered relevant
-Can barely afford their house each year
-Lack much diversity

In conclusion: There are better options mid and up
