Best Fraternity Houses with descriptions

Most of the ranks surround mixer schedules and prestige, but rarely do we see one based on the physical houses. While this should not be a huge factor in accepting a bid, it's important to recognize that a good frat cannot have a bad house, as it's a limiting factor on parties and brotherhood size. That said, there's a few terrible frats with awesome houses, so it's up to the org to use it properly.

Elite
1. Chi Psi - Massive house at the top of the slope with a very big front and side yard. Lot's of rooms, good design, very large interior for big multiways, arguably the best house/yard combo
2. Alpha Delt - Arguably the best physical house, like Chi Psi has a great space for multiways, makes up for the lack of yard space
3. Llenroc - Biggest yard by far, fancy design like Alpha Delt, but a little smaller party space
4. SAE - Fantastic roof deck and big basement that could host bigways (when Sammy occupied it), limited yard, but overall house is phenomenal
5. Beta - House is basically a fortress with a huge backyard, was once a top house so it's fitting

Pretty Good
6. DX - Deceptively big interior with great views overlooking Ithaca, the knoll largely lives up to the hype
7. Lambda - Similar setup to DX, but overlooking Cascadilla, cool gazebo and deck space too
8. TDX - Arguably the best indoor party setup for raves, and great location for slopeday
9. Sig Chi - Would be higher if it wasn't falling apart, pool space makes for great kickbacks in late Spring and early fall
10. DU - Like Sig Chi, in desperate need of repairs, but the deck and first floor make for excellent parties, especially on slope day
11. Sig Phi - House has zero privacy, but boasts a squash court and a good back patio, very fancy interior
12. Sig Pi - House could be bigger, but the beach deck on top is one of the best outdoor spaces on campus
13. DKE - Looks like a castle, party space is surprisingly large, also newly renovated
14. SNU - Massive backyard that used to host large pre-game concerts for slopeday, good interior party space as well, but in a residential neighborhood so cops often come quickly for night events
15. Fiji - Very large party space, used to host the biggest events on campus, would be higher if it got renovated
16. Phi Delt - Zero yard, but party space is very large with good layout
