Can someone fill me in on what happened to Psi U? I heard a few different things, but what actually happened?

Can’t post a link. Google “ AP News Cornell student charged with hate crime in attack“ from
November 2017.

There was quite a bit more to it leading up to this point, ofc, but this was the final straw

the psi u pledge was found innocent later in the school year, psi u should have never gotten kicked off
