id definitely look into it. wont start at the top but the potential for this fraternity is def there

1) They won’t haze at all, b/c one slip up and it’s over.
2) There’ll be heavy alumni involvement since they’ve been itching for a decade for recognition. And a lot of the alums are very successful so that’s good professional contacts.
3) They won’t mix below upper mid. Before the got kicked they solely mixed with C4. Not a chance the alums will let them mix with the PSS and DDDs of the world.
4) House is legendary. We saw with Sammy’s brief stint that they’ve got a good party layout.
5) Big budgets. They’ve been pooling money for a decade from one of the wealthiest alumni groups on campus. Their social budget for the first few years will probably be quite impressive.

Just STOP. This is f’ing insane already. SAE is nothing here except maddeningly annoying. I’d be totally embarrassed to say I was any part of this train wreck. STOP THE SPAM

SNU and DKE came back pretty well, no reason that SAE wouldn't do well too. Next school year will be interesting too with Llenroc and Fiji getting recognized again and SigEp recolonizing next spring.

They are a top frat on other campuses and nationally they’re very strong. Will take some time to catch up on this campus but they should get there eventually. Depends how long you want to wait

They’ll be a top house within a few years, so yes they’re worth checking out

depends on how squids their founding class is. I dont think this school could handle another squid frat

their alumni are supposedly very good, like up there with sig phi and AD, so it'll be a massive failure if they can't get good in a few years

Ceiling is Pi Kapp, floor is Deke first year. two or 3 years out, and floor is probably Pike, generous ceiling is probably Chi Psi, but likely Chi Phi

It’ll probably be homerun or strikeout for these guys. There’s no way the alumni will let them mix below SDT or AZD, so if they don’t get upper half mixers they won’t mix at all. And in that scenario they’ll end up as a bottom house. So it’ll be upper tier or bottom tier for these guys.

SAE has probably the nicest house and the most money on campus. It’s going to take years, but SAE will rise. If rebuilding with significant resources is something you think you’d like doing then give them a shot. If you want a more traditional experience stay away.
