Top Tier:
Theta: This year they did so well. They could have gotten any girl they wanted this year. They cut a lot of girls who had lower then a 3.0 GPA. The new PC seems like a lot of fun, genuinely nice girls who like to have a good time. They range from chill girls, to party girls, to more hipster girls. They are all beautiful in a unique kind of way. A PC can really make a world a difference, and theta proved it.
Alpha Phi: There was so much hype going into rush this year, and all in all they did relativly well. The girls in the new PC are very blond, but seem super sweet as well. They got a lot of engineers, and who does't like a girl with brains and beauty? Some have a really big personality that could be considered as annoying, but in general they did really well, though the girls are not as gorgeous as past years.
DG: Two years in a row DG has been on the decline. After the dirty rush fiasco last year, they managed to pick it up a notch as they got a full pledge class. The girls of the new PC definitly fit the stereotype of mostly brunette with big egos and big wallets.
Kappa: For the past few years kappa has been on the decline. This year was no exception. The new PC is not particularly pretty, but their past PC's are holding them on top. Their frat relations are also still really good. There isn't a lot to say about them except that their reputation still precedes them.
