woah I read in a comment of another post to google "alpha phi recruitment document" and a past rush chair from aphi at michigan reveals their whole rush process through nationals and if you still have them as a house you gotta go read ....

What part of "national" do you not understand? These are practices mandated and enforced by the national organization... and they haven't been reformed. This occurs at Cornell.
