alpha phi (neutral)
DG (improving)
theta (improving...but did terribly last year)
kappa (declining, did well last year but they've been really inconsistent)
SDT (neutral but overall declining, not a strong comeback from last years PC)
tridelt (neutral)
KD (rapidly improving for the last 2-3 yrs)
Pi phi (improved from last year)
aephi (somewhat improved from last year but not as much as pi phi)
AXO (neutral)
PSS (rapidly improving, KD of the lower tier)
AZD (declining)
keep in mind that rush was so selective this year that more houses are improving than not as a whole

kd is declining not from last year but in the past two years, sorry.
piphi is somewhere in between neutral and improving
aephi is neutral
axo is declining and has been declining
azd is always neutral because theyre azd

KD is the only house in the past 3-4 years to actually jump a full tier (lower to middle). not saying they're amazing now, (not like I ranked them core 4 lol) but compared to their earlier PCs (pre-PC'12 basically), it's a crazy improvement...no one would deny that. And yeah Pi phi and KD are basically the same, comes down to personal preference.

Why do people have something against kd? They've obviously done well for the past 3 years especially since they rushed first last year. Whether or not they are above piphi is debatable since piphi has been inconsistent but otherwise I don't know how any unbiased person can deny that they're strictly above aephi and definitely pss.

KD has been doing better and better, if anything they're not declining. And they're without a doubt above aephi, AXO, PSS and AZD. Without a doubt.
And I don't think Pi Phi is more attractive than KD. I find them to have a similar ratio of pretty to not pretty girls.

What PC 14? I heard your pledge class is so small. There are also no pictures on facebook of your new girls so how can anyone tell what they look like, or if they even exist.

Cute girls. Good sisterhood. New on campus but not the newest but still dealing with a weird reputation. By far the prettiest physical house. Girls are getting better and better

Agree with the exception of KD improving. They've done about the same as they did last year and last year wasn't a very good year for them. TriDelt killed it. AZD did surprising well, many girls outside of the typical AZD stereotype. PSS was definitely the loser of this years rush, they got numerous tanks and from what I've heard, most girls rejected them for KD, AZD and AXO which explains their low recruitment numbers.

I can attest that during rush, PSS was everyone's last choice and a lot of girls would have rather dropped out than end up there. AZD was talked about more favorably amongst pnms.
