Really it is way too soon to tell for all the houses. Everything is rumor and speculation. Rumor has it many girls chose other houses over Kappa... But that doesn't mean their pledge class is bad. With over 900 girls rushing, most of the houses got some great new girls. It seems like Alpha Phi was one of the houses girls preffed frequently (this changes depending on the year, it was theta that was loved a few years back). Phi Sig Sig continues to establish their presence, and is really strong for such a new chapter. Tri Delt and Pi Phi seem to have done well. To be determined in the upcoming months.

Before I begin, please feel free to disagree. From my friends list/what I've heard it looks like Theta has the best pledge class. Followed by DG, and then Alpha Phi. Kappa has a lot of middle tier quality.
SDT did okay. Last years pledge class was bad, and this years pledge class is okay.
I heard tridelt got a lot of the girls they wanted. Heard the same about KD. From my friends list it looks like Pi Phi did better than last year, but nothing special. It looks like AePhi did MUCH better than last year.
Axo did better too. AZD did not do well. Phi Sig definitely stepped it up.
Based off what I've heard I'd say rankings are as follows:

Theta/Alpha Phi
Kappa
SDT/TriDelt
KD
Pi Phi/AePhi
AXO/PSS
AZD

Honestly I love the KD girls, they have been doing a rebrand over the last few years. It is working. They have a strong sisterhood and pledge classes are better than years past, but they still should not be as high up as they are frequently placed. Tri delt and Pi phi so frequently cross rush that they should really be placed on the same level, whatever that may be.

Agreed with most - DG and Theta did much much better than last year, while alpha phi surprisingly slipped.
As for the KD/Piphi debate, I think it is safe to say that it really boils down to personal taste and it's pointless to try asserting the dominance of one house over the other.
KD girls are sweet and cute, while Piphi girls are cool and funny, and from what I've seen, they definitely cross rush a lot in the last couple rounds. I've never really been able to distinguish between TriDelt, KD and Piphi.

In what way did alpha phi slip? From what I've heard, they got a lot of really sweet, pretty, fun girls.

sweet and "pretty", maybe - but their pledge class isn't as gorgeous as it was last year. they lost some of those girls to DG and Theta this year, while last year DG and Theta lost the hottest girls to Alpha Phi.

I guess Aphi just didn't do as well considering the hype surrounding them for the entire year, about how they are finally getting hotter and less housewife-y... I guess people expected them to do better than DG considering the negative publicity around DG about not meeting quota and positive publicity for Aphi the whole year...
Also, spot on about tridelt/kd/piphi, they definitely cross rush so much they end up with similar looking girls just with different personalities.

Alpha Phi didn't get a BAD pledge class, it's just that last year they totally WOWed everyone with the gorgeousness and this year is back to their usual standard.

the only reason Alpha Phi did so well was because they had Joanna Guy (Miss Maryland).
