Is any chapter below quota this year?

I don't think any house was below quote this year - as a matter of fact, I've heard that each of the core 4 expanded their pledge class sizes to accommodate the increasing rushees and each has approximately 55-59 girls in their pledge classes

I heard from sorority girls that Cornell expanded quota this year to 58 girls. Was anyone below that?

I heard Phi Sig extended 40 bids and only 32 accepted. This makes them way below the quota of 58... What's up with that?

I'm going to assume they were talking about PSS, which likes to go by "Phi Sig" for short (yes, confusing, since there is also a frat by that name)

Yeah I always refer to Phi Sig Sig as PSS, never Phi Sig (I always think of the frat). PSS didn't do well this year, I agree.
