Only two kids accepted their bids, and the rest either declined or declined and joined DX or Lambda. Goes to show they compete with upper mid and aren’t even the top house in that tier...

You can basically ignore any of the lower and bottom tier houses for rush if you care at all about a social life. Honestly, you shouldn't even look at a house below PSK.
