Sorry to burst your bubble, but ChiPsi is not a borderline top house like they claim. They couldn't even pull a fall PC b/c no one was interested. They could be even lower honestly.

You can basically ignore any of the lower and bottom tier houses for rush if you care at all about a social life. Honestly, you shouldn't even look at a house below PSK.
