Thoughts on Phi Tau/Pike/PSK?

all solid mid-tier houses along with PiKapp. Heard all of them had solid classes for spring and fall 2020.
Slightly different vibes from what I know:
PhiTau is mostly chillers, love to throw down in their large backyard.
Pike has a larger brotherhood with a variety of guys, love to do Pike-themed events.
PSK has a pretty nice house, love to host multiway-mixers for the other mid-tier fraternities. Still recovering a bit from social-probation tho.

Historically, pike and psk have both been upper tier houses, but multiple suspensions have brought them down to their current mid tier states. 2/3 of Pike is either on rugby or from westchester, but the other 1/3 is wack and purely there to boost brotherhood #s. Their emphasis on quantity over quality keeps them from rising and is similar to the demise of both Fiji and SigEp who has brotherhoods over 100 but had too many weird brothers to secure c4 mixers.

Yeah PIKE takes too many weird/conflicting brothers for them to have a coherent brotherhood. Continues to hurt their status

Basically It Goes:
Phi Tau- consistently unproblematic house. Chill guys, close diverse brotherhood. Solid PCs especially as of late. Doing well for themselves as mid-tier house
PIKE- fair share of trouble w IFC. Has hurt them, but maintain mid-tier. Larger brotherhood though bulked up by taking weirder brothers. Still diverse w some good brothers. Solid house
PSK- recently on social probation, and falling for it. Good physical house however underutilized. PCs have lowered in quality, but they do take enough to sustain themselves. The least diverse of the three. Finding their way

don't know much about mid, but girls I know who mix with them think this is accurate (Pike > PhiTau >> PSK)

None of these houses were ever even close to upper lmao (and SigEp was always lower-mid before they were kicked).
PSK was upper-mid like 5+ years ago, but has dropped down to mid and keeps slipping due to suspensions.
Pike was actually lowermid after some trouble (check really old rankings) but risen up to solid-mid in the last couple years with the 2/3rd of their house that are actually decent.
PhiTau just moves around Mid because they consistently avoid trouble.
