upper mid tier frat descriptions

Top:
Chi Phi (+): Solid house located by the Cascadilla Gorge on West. Used to be considered a top house several years ago, but have lost c4 relations due to issues with the University/Nationals that have resulted in recent Social Probation periods. Still has strong relations with Upper Tier Sororities. A good amount of Sprint Football kids.
Strong sorority Relations: Tri Delt, Pi Phi

Upper:
Chi Psi (-): Solid but social climby/douchey house on West Campus. Upperclassmen PCs are questionable because a lot of kids were given bids when Chi Psi got off of their several year suspension. Nice physical house and newer PCs have been good. Will suffer this year because of social probation and their inability to host events and throw parties in the Spring.
Strong sorority Relations: Tri Delt, Pi Phi, AZD

Lambda (+): Historically well acclaimed house that got off of Social Probation last Spring; have been social climby as a result. House is in a solid location off the Cascadilla Gorge on West Campus. Strong relations with Upper Tier Sororities and new PCs have been good given their past issues with the University.
Strong sorority Relations: Tri Delt, Pi Phi, AZD

PiKapp (+): Nice physical house but located far away from Campus on North which is impeding. Recent PCs have been somewhat lackluster, but upperclassmen are very solid. Has maintained good relations with the sororities that they mix with. Have had little issues with the University/Nationals in terms of hazing, etc. Fairly synonymous with Chi Psi/Lambda in terms of rankings.
Strong sorority Relations: Tri Delt, Pi Phi, AEPhi

Lower:
Fiji (-): Big house with a strong Senior class, but recent PCs have been very poor. Located on West Campus but not in a particularly good location. Have been under fire for allegations made by sorority girls/females on campus. Recently lost their relations with Pi Phi and currently dwindling relations with Tri Delt.
Strong sorority Relations: Tri Delt (kind of), AEPhi, KD, AXO

TDX (+): Nice physical house located on West Campus. Brothers are an interesting bunch, some football kids, people you wouldn’t see in GreekLife, meatheads, etc. Not considered super fratty, but still a great house.
