lower ranked sororities descriptions?

i find that there are a lot of descriptions for the upper sororities but not so much the lower ones. going into rush, i know realistically these are more likely the ones i'll join, so i was wondering if anyone could offer a better description of them? are there any that i should try to avoid?
referring to like KD, AXO, PhiSig, PhiMu, whatever else you consider in this sphere

KD- have a rep for being nice girls, put together and somewhat wholesome. have a decent sisterhood and a nice house. seem to enjoy their philanthropy and put actual effort towards it. social life/mixing schedule is average
AXO- very nice house and location. girls are known to be very driven in academics/professional life. they are super involved across campus and tend to hold a lot of leadership positions. put the most effort towards their philanthropy compared to other houses and are super girl powery. social life/mixing schedule average.
PhiSig- has been growing and changing a lot. house on west campus isn't the most aesthetically pleasing but the location is one of the best. girls are really nice and tend to be pretty outgoing, sisterhood seems pretty strong. they've really been expanding and stepping up their philanthropy too. there social life/mixing schedule isn't the best, but is also pretty average.
PhiMu- kind of an odd mix of girls. used to be more cohesive, but have gotten less and less. a lot of their best members have graduated/left/dropped, so this recruitment will likely be rough. their house isn't bad, but kind of far and used to be AXO's so doesn't feel great. don't seem to do much with their philanthropy and their social life is severely lacking.
Probably want to avoid phi mu, they've been struggling for a while and doesn't seem like that's changing, you risk joining a dying chapter/one that won't be here until you graduate. Other than that, they're all great choices.

-KD, AXO, & AEPhi have decent social schedules.
-KD keeps declining but the house is really close to campus and the sisterhood seems close knit.
-AXO is a solid middle sorority, good for networking and great philanthropy. Visible on campus
-AEPhi is up and coming but keep to themselves and their house is far.
-Phi Sig is a mixed bag, but frats really like mixing with them.

i have friends in axo, aephi, and azd, and all those middle tier houses have pretty similar mixer schedules and end up at at lot of the same parties

Yeah ^^ she’s right, Pi Phi and Tridelt mix with the same houses too so don’t choose a middle tier house based on mixer schedule if all ur options are middle tier

tridelt pi phi azd aephi axo and kd all have similar mixing schedules. tridelt pi phi and azd tend to have big ways together while aephi axo and kd mix with more similar frats. all 6 really have a decent overlap in big ways however. sdt and phi sig are on opposite ends of these tiers and tend to not have as much of an overlap with the middle 6

AXO and KD will give you about the same mixing experience. Vibes are different, but overall the chapters are pretty similar
AEPhi's mixing schedule is slightly different, not in a bad or good way, just different. Vibe is very different
PhiSig's mixing schedule is not as good right now, but has been improving, so who knows what it'll be. Vibe is like AXO/KD-light
PhiMu's mixing schedule is weird and inconsistent and significantly worse than even PhiSig's. They don't really have a vibe, tends to be a last choice and something people join when they don't want to do FMR or when they didn't get into anything during FMR

I’d say kd and axo have significantly better mixing schedules than phi sig and phi mu. For an example, kd and axo don’t have big ways with phi sig and phi mu and they mix with different frats
