was snitching a hot move for sig pi?

With the light sentencing of Tekashi 69, the world has seen how snitching can sometimes benefits individuals immensely. Although most would agree that this is not an honorable thing to do for guys, I would like to hear some diverse opinions on this matter. With the death of AD and sig chi, can they now finally be considered one of the top houses (behind Sig phi/DU?). Or are they just the scum of the earth that remain stuck in upper middle tier? All opinions are welcome.
