why has sig phi failed the past two rushes?
by: PnmApparently they went from a 7 person pc last spring to not taking a pc fall 2019 because they weren’t able to get enough people to join. If it’s supposed to be a good house why don’t people want to join? I’m genuinely curious as a PNM

1) Some people want to join, but they only bid kids that they dirty rush heavily and went to top-end prep schools (really rich & connected)...it's a small pool of guys to choose from. So there's no point showing up to their smokers if they didn't dirty rush you. They used to be "exclusive" but have fallen a lot
2) Their night parties are horrible and really rare. Seriously, some lower-mid tier frats throw better parties than them. That said, they have okay darties and kegs & eggs events, but that's about it.

That’s a cap they don’t take many kids usually and last year was just more sophomores. They only need a 20 person pc to go back to normal
