sororities, why do you cut girls?

If she’s
-hard to have conversation with
-arrogant (not to be confused with confident)
-rude
-seems uninterested
-has a bad rep for any serious reason (racism, disciplinary issues, etc)
-hasn’t made it clear she likes the house
-doesn’t seem like she enjoys time at the house
-doesn’t fit in in terms of basic values

These are reasons I’ve cut girls and it might not be nice but it’s the truth. (These were my intern reasons. I told the sorority these girls’ “values didn’t align”.)
- very hard to talk to, seemed boring
- could tell was a goody goody
- not attractive or didn’t know how to dress
- weird facial piercings
- intense horse girl
- could see in another house but was still nice
- was very uninterested, made a condescending comment about my house, could have seen in another house (and they joined the house I imagined them in)
I would say overall the most important thing from my perspective was seeming fun and outgoing and attractiveness was a close second. That may not be what people want to hear but it was how I ranked girls. Also remember to brush your teeth because I do remember some girls having bad breath. Good luck to everyone!
