what's pi kapp/chi phi vibe?

Pikapp: Nerdy wanna be meatheads
Chiphi: actual meatheads

Don’t know much about pikapp but chi phi is a lot of sprint kids mixed in with club sports athletes. A lot of kids here also rushed DU, old DX, or Phi Psi, if that helps.

pi kapp is more comparable to pike than chi phi. Chi phi is more similar to tdx (both sporty) or chi psi.

Pi kapp’s a solid mid house, whereas Chi Phi is an upper tier house. Not comparable at all, with no cross rush

Both houses have fun opens and mix with similar sororitys. Chi phi more sporty and apparently used to mix with core four but probably closest with tri delt or pi phi. Pi Kapp more studious (I think had highest gpa last year) and close with azd.

Cross rush a fair amount in the past years but chi phi is the “higher ranked” house if that helps

You’re living in fantasy land if you think pi kapp and chi phi cross rush. Pi kapp was lower mid until half the good frats got kicked off. They’re only relevant now by attrition
