Pi phi has a lot of girls who are wealthier than girls in deeg but are very low key about it. Also, out of all the houses listed, dg, kkg, and sdt are the most flashy I would say.

require wealth? Dg, kappa, and theta. And you will be asked questions during rush about vacations, etc.
Alpha phi has a lot of girls who pretend to be wealthy
None of the rest require wealth although all have many girls from wealthy families
