Have heard decent things about Pikapp.
Fiji and Pike on the other hand? Whack
I don't know what happened to these two houses over the past 3 years. They both went from being really solid with good social standings to utterly weird. This shift was prob caused by their recent PCs which have all been filled with unusual ppl. It's sad

On that note, Chi Phi's whack too lmao. If I had to guess, I'd say the average height in that house is 5'6, very comparable to Fiji's 5'5!

Funny cause average height in chi phi is def above 5’6”. Also chi phi is at least attractive. Give it up. I’m sorry ppl thinking Pike and PiKapp are better than Fiji is breaking your heart.

im gonna bring back what fiji deleted, with some adjustments.
All three mix with the same people, aka not with phi mu ever and only with core four occasionally, but everyone else 2/3 times a week.
Fiji was historically higher. Are now regarded as declining, creepy, and upset no one likes them.
Pi kapp, people have few negative things to say about, although they do kinda self rank on this site. Can be heavy drinkers, but thats not really a positive or negative, it just is. Their house has the downside of being deep on north which is away from campus, but is near most of the sororities. are close with azd, which is across the street. Mostly white. Haven't met anyone there I don't like and don't hear any creepy rumors about any of their brothers, and have not had any bad experiences there either.
Pike is on west next to theta, aka very close to campus. Slightly smaller physical house, but very large brotherhood. Haven't met any creeps here either. Some people think having such large pcs recently has allowed some kids in who don't fit into greek life, but I honestly think thats coming from other frats who are mad pike is recruiting large numbers and feel threatened. maybe slightly more black/brown members than pi kapp?
Social schedules are basically the same for all of them. All three mix together at large events.
