-Sig Chi and AD can't take a class. Pretty brutal for both houses.
-DU might actually get more than 10 kids this spring and stop being so dependent on fall rush.
-Sig Pi's been doing well recently but have no frat relations. Definitely a bunch of snitches, that's for sure. Probably will still end up taking 20 bland white guys.
-Sig Phi got 4 freshman last year..in a precarious spot but will benefit greatly from Sig Chi and AD not being able to take classes. Still have great sorority relations despite lack of brothers.
-Chi Phi should be able to snag kids that otherwise would have gone to Phi Psi. Potential to rise if they can get their core 4 relations back.
-Chi Psi is on sopro, which will cause them to suffer during rush, but their physical house will help them a lot.
-Fiji is really held up by their upperclassmen, could be a difficult rush for them.
-TDX is still establishing themselves on campus. In theory should have a great PC full of football players, but to be determined if all the football guys are going to join after all the new regulations.
-Lambda just came back to campus but has been doing fairly well, but consistent history of getting into trouble and the very small brotherhood holds them back. Tons of potential to rise.
-Pikapp's been self ranking like crazy but are doing fine. Being the only house on north to rush will help them a lot.
-Pike took a massive PC last year but just got a ton of guys that shouldn't joined greek life. Should do okay during rush.
-ZBT still has really good SDT relations but pretty much every other sorority refuses to mix with them.
-Sammy has the old SAE house which helps but is still Sammy
-Phi Tau is well liked and are nice guys. Don't party the hardest but nice dudes.
-DX got wrecked by nationals and the university, plus tons of guys deactivated. Still have some really cool guys though.

absolutely not. this sounds like someone who gets all their information from GreekRank. He literally has repeated stuff that has been mentioned 1000x on here and isn't accurate anymore. stop.

i see a lot of people asking to drop lambda but they mix just as well as chi psi and chi phi does. they have their downsides (a smaller brotherhood, always in trouble, just getting back), but to put them below fiji, pi kapp, and tdx is not true at all. they should all be together like they are here. zbt exclusively mixes with sdt, how would lambda be below them? also, dx should be higher, honestly probably at the same rank as fiji, pi kapp, lambda, and tdx. they don't mix and also have a smaller brotherhood but they still have some sorority relations and when they come back they'll be mixing similarly to those houses.

that's cause u shouldn't listen to anything anyone says on this site. fiji tdx lambda chi psi and pi kapp all cross rushed for fall rush and chi psi and lambda got the best pcs of the middle tier. dx got a pretty weak pc but expect them to overtake pi kapp and fiji.

thats just not true. lambda took everything that breathed in the last rush, and it was a group of guys who cross rushed pike/tdx/sammy etc, not fiji/chi psi/chi phi. on top of that, they ARE always in trouble - which makes you loose relations. Sure, a few years ago they mixed as well as chi phi, but its not 2015 anymore. a year ago, lambda was the same level as kappa sig (look at 2018 rankings if you haven't been at Cornell long enough to remember that). Idk where ur getting the info that they mix at the same level as chi phi, but they have worse relations than pike does that literally makes no sense.

The last comment is so inaccurate and horribly wrong that it’s so laughable you wrote a paragraph full of lies. Ask any girl in tri delt and pi phi who they mix with more frequently and who they prefer and it’ll be a very simple answer. For those of you who aren’t sure about the mid frats, go to all of them and making a decision will be very easy.
