some sorority questions before rush

I saw the frat side of this got there answers, so I wanted to see if I could get mine:

Do top houses/core 4 mostly pick rich girls? if so, is there anyway to be picked without being well off?

How does Martha's new "regulations" impact sorority rush, if at all?

What are some red flags or just general things I should flat avoid doing for a good rush?

Also, in another discussion on here I saw that some top houses actually have a list rotating things they look out for? what could those be?

(i understand that being in a top house isnt everything, which is why im happy with understanding how to have a good rush. I just wanted to ask. Thank you! sorry for this being sooo long)

1) DG is essentially the only top house that exclusively picks very rich girls

2) We dont even know yet lol. May effect how long houses can play music and other random things.

3)Don’t be rude, even at houses you don’t like. girls in different sororities talk to each other

4) Phi pretty much eliminates you right away if you’re not gorgeous/skinny and DG if you’re not super rich. Girls can also tell if you’re not being genuine so just be yourself :)
