did alpha phi do COB? Know they took a couple of Sophs? Do all top houses COB?

It depends on the semester. Last semester, a lot of houses took a ton of sophomores who were not living in the physical sorority house, so a lot of sororities did COB in an attempt to get more people in the house (aka pay the fees)
