Sig Chi - undisputed top house on campus
Sig Phi - weak recent PCs but still have amazing sorority relations

Upper
DU - solid house but held up by their fall PCs
AD/Sig PI - AD is declining at the same time as Sig Pi is rising

Upper Mid
Chi Phi - Solid house just no C4 relations
Chi Psi - really just here cause other frats don't like them

FIJI - FIJI is mixed bag. While they are a cut above mid frats they are not in the same range as Chi Phi and Chi Psi yet

Middle
TDX/Lambda/Pi Kapp - TDX is rising, Lambda is still developing but still mix a lot with upper mid sororities, Pi Kapp is just developing slowly as everyone around them like FIJI and Phi Sig are imploding
ZBT - mixing with SDT helps a lot and they are recovering from pig roast
Phi Sig- on the hard decline

Lower Mid
Pike/Phi Tau/Sammy = Pike has good relations with sororities but also get a lot of hate for some reason. Phi Tau is generally well liked due to their nice guy image but at the same time do not really party hard or publicize themselves that much and are seen as softies. Sammy is a mixed bag because they have great brotherhood but its an environment where only certain dudes would enjoy
