spring 2020 freshman rush guide
by: Here to help
Since everyone’s on sopro, I put together a rank for freshmen rushing “relevant” houses. This rank is as objective as possible, and includes the trend that the houses will go in after rush.
Sig Chi+++: still top house
Sig Phi++: top rep on campus
DU: staying in spot, great fun house, little too rowdy for some
Sig Pi ++: strong sorority relations, considered soft by most other houses
AD -: on the decline but have money so nothing’s going anywhere
Chi Phi+: staying where they are, not gaining any relations but keeping the club sports vibe. Should gain some kids who would’ve joined Phi Psi
Chi Psi -: staying at the moment but bad rep on campus paired with recent issues related to hazing should see them decline during this rush
Fiji +: good rep on campus, mix of DX and Chi Phi kids will include some who would have joined Phi Psi
Pi Kapp+: trying to rebrand as a budget Sig Pi, looks like they will be cross rushing with Lambda and Pike in the spring
Lambda: staying in place, below average parities, huge fall pc but took a lot of wack kids to fill spots in the house. Decent house but wouldn’t believe some of the high ranks they’ve been putting up on this site
TDX+: Look like they are returning to the sig nu vibe, half football kids, half wack kids. Are on the rise
Pike: staying in place, like Lambda in the fall they had a big pc but not a good pc, nice guys but a lot of wack kids
Phi sig-: hard decline
Sammy: staying the same, had a big pc but no changes or differences in sorority relations
ZBT++: Recovering quickly from pig roast, should gain relations with house like kappa, pi phi, fiji, chi phi back sooner rather than later. Great relations with SDT are helping them stay up.
Phi Tau +, always have nice kids
