for rush: relevant frats rising and declining

Sig Chi(+++, has had the best pcs )
Sig Phi (- - , poor rushing, losing most kids to other top houses but maintaining top sorority relations), DU ( stagnant, good fall pc but losing great seniors soon)
Sig Pi (++, good pcs, strong sorority relations but not respected by other frats for being soft), AD (-, said to be on the decline but no doubt will remain as an upper house)
Chi Phi (+, doing well but failed to rrly regain C4 relations)
Lambda (++, great fall pc despite circumstances of low numbers, over hyped but parties r still better than Fiji lol), Fiji (- - -, losing great seniors, recent pcs are pretty wack, going downhill sadly)
TDX (++, good pcs the past two years to mostly return back to a sig nu vibe), Pikapp (+, chill fun recent pcs, mixing well with middle sororities )
Pike ( - -, had a big pc but not a a great pc, very nice good guys But aren’t fratty, kinda strange)
Phi sig (no clue), Sammy (stagnant, had a good pc but no big moves or differences in sorority relations), ZBT (stagnant, still recovering from pig roast, relations with SDT are rrly helping them)
Phi Tau (++, nice kids hv had good pcs)

Literally what is with the hate on pike. If by "fratty" you mean "predatory", then yeah the guys at pike aren’t. However they still have good parties and have good sorority relations without being creeps. As a girl ik im always going to be safe at their house, which isn’t something I can say for half the frats on this list.

there are a lot of super nice and fun Pike guys who are confident in who they are and who girls actually enjoy being around. The people saying Pike is weird are totally guys (guys that don't understand women naturally)

so dumb. Newsflash: lots of girls don't appreciate "frattyness." The fact that Pike is not like this makes it really appealing. If you are a guy and you vibe with some of the guys in that house then join.

preach. this is why pike has good sorority relations; girls like guys who arent predators. People who post negative ranks about pike are other frat guys who feel threatened that girls actually like them. Guarantee that all the negative comments and dislikes are pi kapp, fiji, and the like who hate that pike's gaining on them

I mean I don't know what frat you're in but I do know that right now Lambda is doing like incredibly well considering they kind of just came back. They have decent sorority relations and mix with tri delt and pi phi more than Fiji these days
