Enough with sig phi in top 2. They did fall rush because they got destroyed so hard in the spring. They then proceeded not to get anyone this fall, losing everyone to DU and Sig Pi. Now, they are trying to cover up by saying they were not taking a fall class. You can literally look up the houses on Ifc that were taking a fall class, and they are on there

as probably one of the only people familiar with lower/lower mid on this site it should look like:

Phi Tau has been moving up primarily due to no-hazing / 'nice-guy' vibe that has been doing well for mixers, if they lose that they'll head back down, though. AGR stagnating due to pulling in the same 5 farming guys every year. Sammy is the same but are losing the SAE house so they'll lose that asset. The rest is common sense if you are familiar with the houses.
