question about clubs

I’m a freshman planning to rush in January. Do houses care if I’m not in any clubs yet? Will that hurt me? I took a brutal class load for my first semester and currently have zero free time.

clubs are a good way to meet people, and that definitely helps if you know people before you rush

at the end of the day, it's all about what kind of person you are
