underrated/'unknown' houses?

everybody is always talking about the same 10ish houses (yes they are more relevant, no debating that) but i'm more curious about some of the houses you never really hear talked about

Phi delt making moves this semester, been to a few annex parties and have had more fun there than places like Fiji

Probably like KSig, AGR, Rockledge and Phi Delt. They're more low tier but surprisingly fun

I’d leave Rockledge out of there, the other three clearly outclass them in terms of quality of brotherhood and wealth

imo from the rankings or whatever TKE and rockledge (alpha sigma phi?)

i don't know much about these houses (small?) except the few boys i know in them definitely don't fit that 'lower' look.

Beta and DTD are the gatekeepers of mid tier, if you’re better than them you’re mid, if not you’re lower mid
