Think of it from the frats point of view. it is their house where people LIVE and they put enormous liability on the line by having parties. They can't let everybody in or else things would very quickly get out of hand putting themselves as well as their organizations at risk. Would you be okay with 20 people you don't know showing up to where you live on day and just walking inside?
Furthermore, no guy wants to be on door duty they'd rather be inside enjoying their own party. They aren't doing it to be exclusive, they are doing it to protect themselves and keep their event under control.
Clearly a post written by someone who is entitled and needs a reality check.
