Top:

Sig Chi
Sig Phi / DU / Sig Pi
AD / Phi Psi

-Sig Chi is the top as shown by 118 and St. Patty's Darty. SoPro doesn't really matter for them since they rarely party at their house
-Sig Phi's sorority relations are still great but recent PC was very small with only 4 freshmen.
-DU's past couple spring PC's have been weak but they always pull in the best fall PC. Negative perception on campus hurts them.
-Sig Pi continues to take good PC's. Weak parties and having no frat relations hurts them (ie no big parties outside of oasis). Taking some non-white guys would help them a lot lol
-AD's recent classes haven't been particularly good and party quality has declined a lot.
-Phi Psi's PCs have been solid of late, however, minimal/no relations with Theta and DG hold them back.


Upper:

Chi Phi
Fiji/Chi Psi

-Chi Phi has recovered okay from SoPro. But core 4 relations have not returned well as the core 4 continues to tighten mixing schedule to separate from DDD/SDT/PiPhi. Good spring PC.
-Fiji's still recovering their long SoPro stint. Solid guys throughout and decent spring PC, but held back a lot by sorority relations.
-Chi Psi's new PC was good. Mixing schedule is on par with Chi Phi (maybe better). Great large parties. Held back by older guys for sure and negative perception on campus. Should rise and pull away from Fiji this fall.

Middle:
DX
TDX/Pi Kapp
Pike/Sammy
PSK/Phi Tau
ZBT/Lamabda

-DX's decline, only being able to do COB, and SoPro hurts them a lot. TBD on future status
-TDX has the football players...quality of other guys isn't there yet
-PiKapp got a solid PC due to basically being the only good house on north besides Sig Chi and has had some good opens
-Pike got the biggest PC which was okay but parties are constrained by the physical house
-Sammy moving into the SAE house helped a lot along with ZBT's issues
-PSK's weak class along with hazing investigation limited them a lot. In a precarious position.
-Phi Tau wasn't able to build on last year's solid PC. Same 'ol Phi Tau
-ZBT is only in the middle tier because of SDT
-Lambda's senior's graduated and are down to 1 PC of the old lambda. No spring class damages them a lot.
