What are people’s thoughts on using trans inclusive/gender non-conforming language in the bylaws of fraternities and sororities?

I’m fine with anyone who identifies as a female joining a sorority and anyone who identifies as a male joining a fraternity

All in all, many IFC and Panhellenic organizations have been fairly progressive regarding gender identity within their membership than most. In fact, fraternities at Cornell have attempted to allow trans men into their orgs. The problem is that nationals organizations often bar these individuals from membership, not the people actually in the house. It’s actually really messed up
